Shipping Policy

All products are hand-crafted to order and will be shipped via USPS within the continental USA after the 7-10 business day processing period. Most orders may be shipped prior to the 7-10 business day processing period. Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed during a sale, promotion or holiday may take longer to process and ship. A tracking number will be provided, but please be advised that the time in transit is not controlled by RxHair. Timeframe estimates for delivery of an order is currently 2-8 calendar days.

If your order has been listed as in transit on the USPS tracking site for longer than 6 weeks from the date you received your tracking information, reach out to support@rxhairnaturals.com with the name you used to order or your order number. We will reship your product out to you.

If your tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered, we will be unable to resend your product. There are no exceptions to this clause.

Products such as the Moringa Oasis Styling Butter may melt easily in warmer weather during transit. Allow product to solidify then use as directed. Be sure to store your products at room-temperature.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to RxHair, LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. RxHair, LLC  is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.  

Lost or Stolen Packages:

RxHair, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, RxHair, LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Products and Incorrect Orders:

RxHair, LLC is not responsible if you received damaged product. If you feel you received an order that was filled incorrectly, contact us by email at support@rxhairnaturals.com within 10 business days of receiving your order.
